Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley She hasn't talked about her family members She does however credit her grandfather with instilling her enthusiasm for working out. He was a bodybuilder during the 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. Over the next 10 years she continued to attend classes. Even though she competed in numerous contests however, she was not devoted enough to a strict diet that would allow her body to be at its peak. The theory is that she was popular during high school for her gorgeous looks and curvaceous physique. It isn't known whether or not Ashley was a lover at the time. Following her graduation, Ashley did not decide to enroll in a college program but rather be focusing on her job as modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 and was dissatisfied with her physical appearance. Inspired by her grandfather, she began going to the gym. Although she followed his advice and started off in a slow pace, she had no idea the extent to which she would go on for over the next 9 years shaping her physique, and eventually becoming an fitness icon. Ashley's triumph inspired her to compete in this year's WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She placed seventh which she felt was a loss. That caused Ashley train harder. Ashley returned to the 2014 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. As the contest ended, Ashley made a decision that she no longer wanted to participate. Although she had been receiving photoshoot offers while competing, Ashley was not keen on her career and modeling to become mixed. Now that she stopped competition, she began to become fitness models. When she was featured in the first page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was soon able to begin her career as a fitness model and model. Since then, she has grown into a sought-after model. Her appearances have been in many bikini and apparel companies and has been featured in the front cover of a well-known fitness magazine.
